What To Expect During the
Supervised Antigen Rapid Test (Tele-ART)
1. Verification of Antigen Rapid Test Kit and your identity
Show 2 unopened Antigen Rapid Test kits to the swab supervisor, while ensuring that the Antigen Rapid Test batch / LOT number can be seen clearly.
2. Take the Antigen Rapid Test
Please follow the instructions of the swab supervisor while taking the test, and ensure that your Antigen Rapid Test kit is always visible on camera. You will be required to wait 15 minutes for the results.
3. Present your Antigen Rapid Test results to the swab supervisor
If your results are invalid, you will be required to re-do the self-swab with a new Antigen Rapid Test kit.
Preparations For

- Download Healthway Medical app and create an account.
- Each individual is required to have their own Healthway Medical account to book an appointment for supervised Antigen Rapid Test service. Please do not book appointments for multiple people with the same account.
- Turn on the notifications for Healthway Medical app in your phone settings. This is to ensure that you will be able to receive notifications for the supervised Antigen Rapid Test video call.
- Prepare 2 unopened Antigen Rapid Test kits and ensure that both the Antigen Rapid Test kits are HSA approved. Do not open your Antigen Rapid Test kits until you are instructed to do so.
- Have your Passport or IC ready prior to the start of the video call.
- For travellers doing their pre-departure test, please have your passport and travel itinerary ready prior to the start of the video call.
- Complete the health declaration form (Patient Risk Profile Portal form) prior to the video call. The form will be sent to you via SMS shortly before the video call.
