Dr Scott Joel Heng is a General Practitioner with clinical experience spanning Accident & Emergency, Internal Medicine, Surgery, and over three years within Singapore’s polyclinic system.
He appreciates that everyone’s health aspirations and challenges are unique. His commitment to improving the patient experience has been recognised with the Best Medical Officer Award (SingHealth, 2023), the Quality Innovation Award (SingHealth, 2024), and the Gold Award at the National Singapore Health Quality Service Awards (2026).
Dr Scott obtained his medical degree from the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom, and subsequently completed postgraduate training in Primary Care, earning a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore. He is an accredited Family Physician registered with the Singapore Medical Council.
To continually enhance his practice, Dr Scott is pursuing further education in clinical nutrition and precision medicine. He aims to integrate emerging medical advances with established treatments to provide comprehensive and proactive care that supports each individual’s long-term health goals.
Dr Scott is generally based at Healthway Medical (Tampines Street 11).
