What is this service?

We are introducing a Chronic Medication Pick-Up Service for regular patients with chronic conditions, who require medication.
This applies to patients who have visited a Healthway Medical clinic at least 2 times in the past 6 months, for a chronic condition.
Please call your regular clinic to confirm that you are eligible for this service, clinic details can be found  here.

How to use the Chronic Medication Pick-Up service:

1. Call your regular Healthway Medical clinic to request for your repeat chronic medication. Please call within 3 hours of the stipulated clinic closing time to ensure you have time to collect.
2. Clinic staff will confirm your status as a chronic patient, and receive your request for medication.
3. Once your doctor has reviewed the request and confirmed the medication, the clinic staff will contact you with the approval and inform you to come to the clinic for collection.
4. Come to the clinic within the same day of approval to pay for and collect your medication at the counter.
