COVID-19 Tests For Etiqa policyholders
Healthway Medical is an MOH-approved COVID-19 test provider. Get your pre-departure COVID-19 test at Healthway Medical and receive your results with notarised Digital HealthCerts via email.
Please check the testing window requirements and ensure your test is conducted within the required time frame for your designated country.

- Upon successful booking of appointment, a confirmation SMS will be sent to you.
- If you did not receive the SMS notification / have enquiries on COVID-19 pre-departure test, please email corporate.sales@healthwaymedical.com
Documents needed
Please arrive punctually at our clinic for your COVID-19 pre-departure swab test, and present these documents:
- Your identity card
- Flight details (booking reference which shows your departure flight timing)
- Passport
COVID-19 test results
You can expect to receive your results with notarised Digital HealthCerts via email.
- PCR test: 24 to 36 hours
- ART: Within 2 hours
Terms and Conditions
- The rates listed above are only valid for Etiqa policyholders from 1st August 2022 to 31st July 2023.
- Etiqa policyholders will need to make the booking via the “Book appointment” button above. Payment will be collected directly from Etiqa policyholders. Please note that only cash and NETs payment will be accepted.
- Upon arrival at the clinic, Etiqa policyholders will need to present the confirmation email containing the policy number for validation.
