Healthway Medical provides Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine

Healthway Medical is an MOH-approved COVID-19 vaccinations provider. Healthway Medical provides Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at these selected GP clinics islandwide.

$226 per dose (price inclusive of GST)

 

Please note: As the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccinations provided at Healthway Medical are under the Private Vaccination Programme (PVP), each individual is required to bear the cost of their own vaccination.

How does the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine work?

The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine contains messenger RNA (mRNA) that carry instructions to make the spike protein of the virus, which helps your immune system produce protection against COVID-19.

The vaccine reduces the risks of infection and severe disease from COVID-19, and has good protection against the current virus variants. (source: MOH)

Eligibility

Primary Series (First 2 Doses)

  • 2 doses to be taken 8 weeks apart.
  • Individuals aged 12 years and above.
  • Do not have a history of severe allergic response, heart complications or anaphylaxis secondary to prior mRNA vaccine.

Booster Dose

  • Persons aged 12 years and above are recommended to receive a booster dose about 5 months after completion of their primary series.
  • Do not have a history of severe allergic response, heart complications or anaphylaxis secondary to prior mRNA vaccine. 
  • Recovered persons who have completed their primary vaccination series are recommended to receive the booster dose from about 28 days after the infection.
  • The following groups of persons are recommended to receive a 2nd COVID-19 booster around 5 months after their 1st booster:

    a. All persons aged 50 years and above;
    b. Persons living in aged care facilities; 
    c. Medically vulnerable persons at higher risk of severe COVID-19

Booking of appointment

  • As this is under the Private Vaccination Programme (PVP), please use your own passport number, email, contact number and date of birth for booking of appointment as the slots are valid for individual bookings ONLY.
  • Upon confirmation of vaccination appointment, you will receive an SMS notification.
  • If you did not receive the SMS notification / have enquiries, please call 6977 6633 (only available from Monday to Sunday, 8:30am – 6:00pm) or email care@healthwaymedical.com.

  • Only individuals who are 12 years old and above are eligible to take the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.
  • Booking of appointments can ONLY be done in the links above. Appointments via calls and emails will NOT be accepted.
  • Appointment slots are non-transferable and valid for individual booking ONLY.
  • Please use your own name, email address, passport number/NRIC/FIN, contact number and date of birth for the booking of appointment.
  • Booking of vaccination slots will be on a first-come-first serve basis. Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines are subject to availability.
