Launch of Cycle of Hope 2024 - 16 June 2024
The fundraising period for Cycle for Hope, a charity initiative by the Singapore Cancer Foundation (SCF), commenced with a vibrant launch event on June 16, 2024. The official kick-off was graced by Senior Parliamentary Secretary Mr. Baey Yam Keng, who flagged off the cycling festivities. The launch event brought together diverse participants from all walks of life. As they pedalled together, a sense of unity and shared purpose permeated the atmosphere, fostering hope and camaraderie among the cycling community.

Groundbreaking Ceremony of The Bricks: Sport-in-Precinct & Cycle Park - 11 August 2024
On 11th August 2024, Healthway Medical Group proudly participated in the groundbreaking ceremony of The Bricks: Sport-in-Precinct &Cycle Park, coinciding with the closing of Cycle for Hope 2024. This exciting event coincided with the conclusion of Cycle for Hope 2024, where we proudly supported fundraising efforts for the Singapore Cancer Society.
The Bricks, located in Brickland, Choa Chu Kang, is set to become a hub for active living, featuring a BMX track that will serve both high-performance training for national cyclists and public use. This facility will also host the Singapore Cycling Federation’s BMX Academy by 2025, paving the way for future champions and community engagement. With amenities like a sheltered basketball court, fitness corner, and playground, The Bricks aims to foster a vibrant, active lifestyle among residents. We believe initiatives like this are vital in nurturing a healthier Singapore, and we are excited to witness the positive impact it will have on our community.
